Postage Charges: Postage and handling are are charged automatically by this website and included on your invoice. However, final postage cannot be calculated until your purchase is packaged and weighed. You will receive an email informing you of any additional postage due or a refund for postage overpayment.
All items shipped via Canada Post standard surface mail unless requested otherwise.
Payment: All forms of payment made through PayPal is accepted. Overseas drafts made in Canadian dollars will be considered, however, items will not be shipped until funds are cleared.
Guarantee & Return Policy: Every effort will be made to ensure items are packaged to arrive at their destination unbroken. Should your item arrive damaged, return the item unused and in it's original packaging to the address on your invoice via a 'signature required' delivery service. A replacement will be sent to you or your money refunded.
